How can I track my order?Updated 2 years ago

After placing your order, you will receive email notifications (or text messages) to keep you updated on the status of your package. Once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a notification containing the tracking number.

You can also add your order information on our tracking page to see updates.

Not all our shipping methods have full tracking details available. For example, our UK 2-3 day 2nd class service offers partial tracking (delivery or attempted delivery confirmation only). This is so we can keep our prices as low as possible to you.

The same goes for orders to Europe. If you selected the standard (cheaper) shipping rate, this service will be untracked so we can keep costs as low as possible. If you selected the tracked shipping rate, this will be fully tracked with regular updates coming through to the tracking page.
