How long does processing take?

All orders will be processed and dispatched from our UK warehouse the same day if placed before 2pm GMT Monday-Friday. For all orders placed after 2pm, your order will be processed and dispatched the next working day. If you place your order after 2p

Can I change my address after my order has been dispatched?

This is very dependent on your country's local courier. Most local couriers allow the parcel to be redirected to a neighbour or a pick-up point while the package is in transit. To check, please insert your tracking number (found on our tracking page)

What countries do you ship to?

Right now, we ship to the UK, Ireland, most European countries, the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. We do not ship to any other country at this stage. Please note that we don't deliver to the following island locations: Jersey, Gue

Do you cover import duties?

We cover all duties and VAT for orders placed from EU member countries. This means that your package will pass straight through customs, and you won't need to pay any unexpected fees. Orders placed from the United States will not incur any additional
